Expedited Colon Therapy Visit and Introductory Package
This is offered to those individuals who only wish to undergo colon hydrotherapy and do not have any complicated medical conditions. This is a 30 minute face-to-face encounter in person or by Zoom with one of our providers and includes one colon therapy session. Please complete the Colon Therapy Registration and Screening Health History form by clicking the button below. This information will be reviewed by our Colon Therapist to determine if this type visit is appropriate for you and if so, we will be in touch to schedule your appointment with one of our Providers. If no concerns arise during this visit, you will be cleared to begin colon therapy. If not, you will be refunded $125 for the included colon therapy session. The charge for the Expedited Colon Therapy Visit is $376 and does not include any lab testing, treatments or supplements. You have the option of purchasing a package of 4, 6 or 12 colonics at a $20 discount each at the time of your initial visit.
Thermal Imaging Consultation
This is a 30 minute consultation offered to individuals who have undergone infrared thermal imaging by Carolina Thermascan within the previous year and wish to get additional information and clinical correlation regarding the scan. This includes a problem-focused health history, review of the findings of the thermal image and discussion of any further evaluation or possible treatment recommendations. If you have undergone an thermascan within the previous 12 months, click the “Thermal Imaging Consultation” button the right, then complete the “New Patient Registration and Health History” and select “Thermal Imaging Consultation”. If your previous imaging was performed more than 12 months, please complete the “Carolina Thermascan Forms” by clicking the button on the left to get an updated thermal image which will be reviewed during the consultation. Once your appointment is scheduled for the thermal imaging, you can complete the Consultation forms. Thermal Imaging Consultations are typically performed by telehealth encounter on Zoom but can be done in person in either the Raleigh or Wilmington locations. The charge for the Thermal Imaging Consultation is $192 and does not include any lab testing, treatments or supplements.
Conversion to Comprehensive Visit
Anyone who has undergone a Thermography Consult, Expedited Colon Therapy Visit or Expedited Manual Lymphatic Drainage Visit within the previous 12 months will qualify for a discount if they wish to convert to a Comprehensive Patient. Please complete the “New Patient Registration and Health History” by clicking the button below then in the form, select “Conversion New Patient Visit”, indicating your desired location. Please also completed the “New Patient Additional Forms” and if you suspect you possibly have Lyme or tick borne illness, complete the 3rd form, “Lyme Disease Questionnaire”. Once these forms are submitted, we will be in touch to schedule your appointment. The charge for the Conversion Comprehensive New Patient Visit is $1072 and does not include any lab testing, treatments or supplements.

Please complete the first two forms, “New Patient Registration and Health History” and “New Patient Additional Forms” by clicking the button below. If you suspect you possibly have Lyme or tick borne illness, complete the 3rd form, “Lyme Disease Questionnaire”. Once these forms are submitted, we will be in touch to schedule your appointment. The charge for the Comprehensive New Patient Visit is $1296 and does not include any lab testing, treatments or supplements.
