Gastrointestinal/Abdominal:
Unmanaged constipation
Active anal fissures
Fistulas
Severe hemorrhoids
Tight sphincter
Active diverticulitis
Unstable Crohn’s Disease
Unstable Ulcerative Colitis
Abdominal and inguinal hernias
Cirrhosis of the liver
Abdominal aortic aneurysm
Cardiovascular:
Recent heart attack
Severe cardiac disease
Uncontrolled high blood pressure
Low blood pressure
Congestive heart failure
Hematologic
Active anemia
Use of injectable blood thinners
Neurologic/Psychiatric:
Unmanaged seizure disorder
Epilepsy
Psychosis
Kidney/Bladder:
Renal Insufficiency (creatinine > 2.0)
Unmanaged bladder diseases
Other:
Pregnancy
Abdominal surgery within 6 months
Abdominal tumors
Chemotherapy OR radiotherapy either being currently received, or received within the last 12 months
Uncontrolled diabetes
Eating disorders
Hip or Knee surgery within the last 6 months
